It's been a little while since my last #CLASSOFTHEWEEK, but I'm bringing it back with one of the best classes I've had the pleasure of trying during my two years in London: 80's Aerobics at Frame.
Whether you're a fitness addict or a complete beginner, this class will leave you grinning from ear to ear. I mean, who doesn't enjoy getting jiggy to Fame?!

What: 80's Aerobics. A bunch of hilarious dance moves (think head swings, leg kicks and star jumps) to help you lose weight and tone up - all for £12 a session.

Where: Every Sunday at Frame Shoreditch, 29 New Inn Yard, London, E2 7DJ.

The promise: As well as having heaps of fun, this workout is said to leave you with toned arms, killer abs and a derriere to rival Kim Kardashian's (or maybe someone who has achieved their amazing bum naturally #justsayin). The best bit? 80's attire is encouraged.

The reality: This class is perfect for those nervously entering into fitness, but even die-hard fitness fanatics will have a laugh.
For me, it's reminiscent of being (pretty drunk) in a club at 3am, not giving two sh*ts about who's looking at you, and absolutely going for it on the dance floor when your favourite tune comes on. You have to let loose and go with it and you'll have the time of your life. But don't be fooled into thinking it'll be easy. Dancing like a goddess takes work!

Verdict: Perfect for anyone looking for a fun way to keep fit. Dig out your leg warmers, polish off your leotard and remind yourself what good music sounds like before coming to this class!

PS. Make sure you grab a Fuel bowl on your way out!

  1. I love the sound of this! I've been looking for some fun exercise to do (I've been playing tennis with my bf but he's sooo much better than me haha) - I'll check it out!

  2. Firstly, those fuel bowls look amazing. I've not had lunch yet so I'm not craving one of those. This looks like a fun class. I love a good bit of aerobics. I may give this a go one day and conquer my fear of working out in public.
